Very busy large Asda with clothing and electrics and toys upstairs. Filling station at the entrance.
Cafe very disappointin come 1.30 they nnearly nothin left.why not stock up knowin be pack in summer.was so disappointed
I had shopped at this store for 10 years and never had a problem.A few weeks ago while paying for my groceries, I was going to pay for my shopping in sterling and realised that I hadn't enough and paid the cashier in euro.I put the sterling beside me at the belt and turned to put something in the bag.When I went to pick up the sterling it was gone.I asked the cashier did you take the money and her reply was NO.I was standing there thinking the girl behind me had took my 55 pound.I went through my hand bag when leaving the till and went to security to see what had happened to my money.(they were very helpful)When they went through the camera they could see the cashier taking up my sterling. Imagine if I had accused that girl behind me of taking my money the embarrassment.The next day I had to phone the girl in charge of the cashier to get my money.She explained there was a mix up and she took for my groceries out of the money on the belt beside me .The woman over the cashier had extremely poor customer service.Not once did she apologise to me for what had happened or for the stress and inconvenience this has caused me.At the end of the day all I wanted to do was go get my shopping without all this additional drama.If the cashier had said she took the money in the first place then all of this embarrassing situation wouldn't have happened to me.I am still very annoyed at what happened but more at the girl in charge of the cashiers.Her poor customer care and Handling of the situation was appalling.Instead making it come across that it was my mistake because of the mix up and I was trying to steal 55 pounds.The dreadful thing is someone else messes up and your character becomes under question when you arrive next time to shop.Extremly poor experience is understatement !!!
Absolutely superb. One of the best stores in NI. Staff v friendly, helpful, etc. Great range. Still shocked when I look at how much I got for so little. Good wee restaurant upstairs too.
